Return Policy
Amsal Inc. offers a 30-day period for exchange and/or refund. No redeemable refund will be issued after 30 days. Charges may apply after this time. Certain warranties are offered by our suppliers and not by Amsal Inc., these warranties are not transferable. No returns will be accepted after 90 days.
Here are the return conditions:
The goods must be sent to our store at your expense or visiting the store directly
Have a copy of the invoice on hand
The item must be in new condition, must not have been worn or washed
The item must be in its original packaging with all the tags
The item will be inspected by one of our specialists
Special order: all special orders are final sale. No items returned will be authorized, exchanged, or refunded except for error on our part.
Defective products: will be inspected by our team before being returned to our supplier for inspection and according to the guarantees of each supplier. Either a replacement, credit, or refund will be issued after authorization by the supplier. (Inspection time approx. 3 weeks) This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear of the product, comfort, or incorrect installation.
Return may be refused by Amsal Inc.
ORDER AND SHIPPING
You can prepare a quote request via our website.
However, orders cannot be processed without communication with one of our representatives. Orders can be finalized by email or phone. We will not process this before your authorization. Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of order processing only. We ship F.O.B our Montreal East warehouse.
Any order shipped in two stages will have additional shipping charges applied.
Shipping time may vary depending on product availability.
Delivery in Canada only.
Shipping costs are calculated on the weight and size of the boxes, as well as the location of shipping address
